- Manage accounts, plan quotas, and admin approval workflows.
- Respond to demo and support requests.

4. Validation approach
Survey IQ applies rule engine and validation logic to assess answer quality and response consistency during live fieldwork. We process only the information required to provide these validation outcomes to your team.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only when necessary to operate the service, with trusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
6. Retention
Account and session data is retained while your subscription is active and as needed for billing, audit, and support. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
