Survey IQ (“we”, “us”) is a survey validation product of Goqua Infotech Pvt Ltd (“Goqua”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use surveyiq.study and related dashboards.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Account data - name, work email, phone, and company details you submit via signup or demo request forms.
- Survey validation data - open-ended answers and session information submitted during live surveys, plus basic context needed to apply our rule engine and validation logic.
- Response quality signals - interaction patterns collected during live surveys through your integration script to support validation scoring.
- Connection security checks - during live surveys we may process the respondent's IP address, network provider (ISP/ASN), and country to detect VPN or proxy use and reduce fraud. This check uses a third-party IP reputation provider. Account holders may configure IP allow and deny rules in their dashboard; allowed networks may bypass VPN verification according to those rules.
- IP access rules - if you use the IP rules feature, we store the IP addresses, CIDR ranges, or ASNs you configure, who created each rule, and when it was added. These rules apply only to your account's surveys.
- Service logs - standard technical records used for security, support, and reliable operation of the platform.
3. How we use information
- Deliver open-end validation, response quality checks, dashboards, and script integration features.
- Manage accounts, plan quotas, and admin approval workflows.
- Respond to demo and support requests.
- Maintain platform security and service quality, including IP-based access controls you configure.
4. Validation approach
Survey IQ applies rule engine and validation logic to assess answer quality and response consistency during live fieldwork. We process only the information required to provide these validation outcomes to your team.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only when necessary to operate the service, with trusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations (including IP reputation services used for fraud prevention), or when required by law.
6. Retention
Account and session data is retained while your subscription is active and as needed for billing, audit, and support. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by emailing support@surveyiq.study, contact@surveyiq.study, or admin@surveyiq.study. Survey respondents interact through your Decipher surveys; direct respondent requests should be handled by your research team as data controller where applicable. Respondent IP addresses visible in the admin dashboard are provided for fraud review only and should be handled according to your privacy obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
