Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Survey IQ, a product of Goqua Infotech Pvt Ltd (“Goqua”, “we”). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Survey IQ provides real-time survey validation for market research - open-end checks, response quality scoring, and dashboards. Validation is powered by our internal validation logic.
2. Account access
- Access is granted after admin approval of a signup request or direct provisioning by Goqua.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and your integration keys.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
3. Plans, quotas, and billing
Usage is subject to plan limits (open-end validations and event analyses per billing period). When quotas are exhausted, validation may be paused until renewal or upgrade. Custom plans may apply separate terms agreed in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including: attempting to bypass quotas or security controls; tampering with the script integration; uploading unlawful content; or using the service in a manner that violates respondent privacy or applicable research ethics rules.
5. Your survey data
You retain ownership of survey content processed through Survey IQ. You represent that you have lawful basis to collect and validate respondent data in your surveys. Goqua processes data only to deliver the service.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, survey platform changes, or integration misconfiguration may affect validation. If your integration is deactivated or your account is closed, validation stops and surveys may continue without blocking respondents.
7. Disclaimer
Survey IQ assists quality review but does not replace human judgment or legal compliance review. Validation outcomes (continue, warn, terminate) are recommendations based on our rule engine and validation logic.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goqua is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you for Survey IQ in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. You may request account closure by contacting support@surveyiq.study.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
